Kawa uprawiana rodowicie w Sidamo to odmiana dziedziczna w której ciężko wyróżnić specyficzną linię botaniczną.

Although traditionally classified as Sidamo, our batch of Guji coffee beans has gone through a thorough processing process to present their exceptional quality and distinctive flavor profile. The harvested coffee cherries are first selected, either mechanically or in water tanks to remove unripe fruit and other impurities. They are then processed using machines to remove the skin and pulp. Thoroughly cleaned and dried, they go into airtight bags to later arrive at our roasting plant in the form of green beans.

Our coffee captivates with a richness of flavor, with delicate notes of tea, citrus freshness and an intriguing aftertaste of black currants that add to its unique character. Subtle hints of hibiscus add complexity to the composition. This is a perfect combination of flavors that will take you on a journey to this extraordinary cradle of coffee.
