Our kraft, family-owned roaster was born out of a need to share the very best in coffee.
We are committed to bringing you the exceptional quality and depth of flavor of specialty grains that we ourselves have come to love. We believe in the uniqueness of the connection that each cup drunk in the company of another person brings, giving you a moment to breathe and pause in this busy world. We value the close relationships we most often build over coffee.
That's why we source and roast with care beans from a variety of the world's prized plantations, bringing you the freshly roasted coffee that has become our daily ritual.

We roast our coffee locally in Poland, in a family-owned micro-roaster near Łódź. We roast in a kraft way, in a small roaster, which for us means taking care of quality at every stage of the process. We are far from a mass approach, which is focused on quantity and not on the taste values offered. We control the degree of roasting, which we tailor to the particular region of origin. It is usually visibly lighter than the dark roasting popular in our country, which does not allow us to discover unique notes and aromas.
In our several years of experience, we have had the opportunity to study what determines the final taste in a cup. We ourselves have built coffee roasting machines of our own design and conducted coffee workshops. We also want to share this knowledge with you, at your leisure take a look at our Blog. We are confident that by doing so, there will be more places in our country where good coffee is a common standard.
